Shipping & Returns
Processing:
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturday's, Sunday's, and national holidays). All orders are subject to separate processing times from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number and your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and successfully processed it through their system.
Shipping:
We ship all orders through USPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives on time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes ALL required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are critical for timely deliveries. PLOTIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, incorrectly addressed, or misplaced packages, once it has left our hands. Once it is in the hands of the post office, we have no control over the package.
Returns:
Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). The return is NOT processed UNTIL we receive it. For returns, email customer service to be assisted.
